Juliette’s Traditional Festive Cioccolato Gelato Pudding

Juliette’s favourite Ferrero Rocher gelato generously rippled with rum soaked raisin, sat on a macadamia and cranberry brownie base, topped with a creamy vanilla semifreddo, and served with a rum and raisin pour over sauce.

Juliette’s favourite Ferrero Rocher gelato generously rippled with homemade macadamia & cranberry chocolate brownie, rum soaked raisins and cherries on a chocolate sponge base with a rum & raisin sauce to serve.

Gelato Tips

  • It is gelato remember, do all pick-ups must be done quickly, with no time to waste.
  • Pick up will be from our main shop on The Strand and corner of Gregory Street only.
  • Using an esky or cooler bag can extend your travel time.
  • Freezers should ideally be at -18°C.
  • When serving a gelato cake, use a hot sharp knife and wipe off any excess water to prevent depositing ice crystals on the cake.
  • Any leftover gelato cake should be covered and placed back into the freezer as soon as possible.
