Our festive gelato puddings & cakes are a great way to end any Christmas meal, especially in the tropical climate we live in.
All orders for Christmas Day must be placed by the 17th of December and can be collected any time on the 23rd December and before 5pm on the 24th December. Orders can be collected before the 23rd but must be placed at least 5 days in advance.
Dome Gelato Puddings (serves 8-10) $75
A beautiful dome shaped cake with Juliette’s favourite Ferrero Rocher gelato, hazelnut gelato and chocolate sponge cake, glazed with a dark chocolate & hazelnut crunchy glaze and lightly sprayed with gold for an extra festive touch.
Christmas in the Tropics
A delicious pairing of Juliette’s signature mango sorbet and coconut sorbet, topped with mango salsa and sat on a thin layer of house baked gluten free, vegan vanilla cake.

It is gelato remember so all pick-ups must be done quickly, with no time to waste.
Pick up will be from our main shop on The Strand and corner of Gregory Street only.
Using an esky or cooler bag can extend your travel time.
Have your freezer space ready so the cake can be put straight in once you get to your desired venue.
Freezers should ideally be at -18 degrees.
When serving the cake use a hot sharp knife and wipe off any excess water to prevent depositing ice crystals on the gelato.
Any leftover cake should be covered and put back in the freezer as soon as possible.
